Fun event with friends and a glass of wine. I have bought several of their products and love them all.
Overall, the making of candles was pleasant, since it primarily was seeing friends.
It lacked some professionalism in having nothing to put the candles into transport the items. Almost dropped my two candles a few times in leaving. Making our own labels, could have been better, supplied with logo and ready made based on the scent chosen. Marketing with a bag(w/logo) to go and labels builds product recognition and a way to promote, making the investment by provider a worthwhile investment. The buyer leaves feeling they’ve invested in a valuable product and show this to someone else. Word of mouth speaks volumes. I happen to think these things make a difference.
even the most professional people have bad days (considering that my mom had a heart attack and was in ICU) but the show still goes on. I support my clients and customers any way I can. Sorry I forgot to give you a bag. Be kind to others, no one knows what is happening in someone’s life.
